Join the Flying Squid in finding a Precious Word!

The Flying Squid Challenge #12 

Find an interesting word that your squid may not know. Write it on a classy piece of paper with your best l calligraphy or cursive. Take the time to create the most precious piece of word-art you can imagine and don’t be afraid to bring out your inner artist! Write the definition below the word and give the paper to your squid, so he/she can cherish  as long as the sun glows bright in the sky.

Now it’s your squid’s turn! Ask them to find a precious word inside of a dictionary; they might need some help finding one. Once your squid has found their precious word, together you shall write it on a classy piece of paper and decorate it. If your squid doesn’t know how to write yet, ask him/her to draw around it – presentation is everything! Now, you will also have your own precious word that you can cherish forever. 

The Flying Squid wrote this word, and gave it to his sister, Naru:

PARALIAN (n) A person who lives by the sea, specifically (in ancient Greece) a member of a group of people living on the coast near Athens in the 6th century.

And Naru gifted Chopito, the Flying Squid, with this word:

EUNOIA (n) Beautiful thinking; a feeling of goodwill (i.e. being friendly and wanting to help).
